Rather then baffle our customers with a lengthy returns policy, we thought we’d keep it simple …

We'd hate to think that our customers might be unhappy with their purchase; however we’re also aware that sometimes, things just don’t go to plan.

If you have a problem with your glasses, let us know within 14 days of receiving them, and we’ll either replace them completely for you, or issue you with a full refund.
